The Royal DimsumYour gourmet bites

Our story

An engineer who wanted better street food.

The Royal Dimsum began in a home kitchen in New Ashok Nagar. The goal was simple: make the dimsum we wanted to eat ourselves. No heavy maida, no cheap mayonnaise, and real cheese in every bite.

So we treated the recipe like an engineering problem. We tested starch ratios, water temperatures and grill times until the wrapper came out clear, soft and light.

The precision making process

Three steps we never skip.

01

Starch activation

We blend wheat starch and potato starch in a precise ratio of our own. Water boiled to 120°C sets the dough at once. It becomes stretchy, translucent and pre-cooked, so it is easy to digest.

02

Hygienic assembly

Gloves on at all times, stainless steel tools only. Vegetables, mushrooms and paneer are chopped fresh. Roasted potato binds the filling naturally, so it stays moist but never soggy.

03

Temperature-controlled cooking

Dimsums steam just until the wrapper turns clear. Crystal bites and melt sandwiches grill until crisp and golden, without burning the cheese. Dimsums get a light brush of chili oil and a sprinkle of black and white sesame seeds to finish.

What's inside

Nothing to hide. Literally — the wrapper is clear.

Every filling shares the same base: roasted potato, mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, salted butter, olive oil and cold-pressed sesame oil.

Cheesy Paneer

Roasted paneer, smashed paneer, onion, orange carrot, capsicum, garlic, ginger, Italian seasoning.

Exotic Cheesy Veg

Cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, French beans, capsicum, onion, green onion, garlic, ginger.

Cheesy Corn

Sweet corn, French beans, capsicum, green onion, garlic, Italian seasoning.

Cheesy Wild Mushroom

Pan-roasted button mushrooms, Amul salted butter, garlic, ginger, Italian seasoning.

Light on the stomach

A starch wrapper instead of maida means no heavy, bloated feeling afterwards.

Protein-rich

Paneer and three real cheeses make every serving filling and satisfying.

Better oils

Olive oil and cold-pressed sesame oil, never cheap refined oil.

No artificial binders

Roasted potato holds the filling together. No chemical thickeners.
